Truly enjoyed the room with bathroom, my bed was comfortable. Its location was prime and quiet, so close to the beautiful church, Austria, and the Lake District of Austria.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, it was wonderful for a weekend. The breakfast was amazing and complete with lovely atmosphere, continental options and frying bacon. Location: the hotel was just next door to resturants, cafes and restaurants and Right next to advent markets:)))

We had a fantastic time at Schlosshotel in Mondsee. We were upgraded to a spacious Napoleon suite, which was perfect for our stay. The location was great, close to the lake and the town center. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we even got to borrow bicycles from the hotel for free. The breakfast was delicious and there was free parking available nearby. a must-stay hotel if you're visiting.

Excellent location, the castle is situated pretty close to the lake with swans, boats and all that can make you happy.

Located right next to advent markets in the monastery and the town's church, this hotel offers a convenient and festive atmosphere. The outdoor eating areas provide a charming setting for a meal. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with the option to choose from a variety of pillows. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. The hotel also has a spa and offers parking for a reasonable price.

The wifi in the rooms could be improved for a better guest experience.

The location is in the middle of town on the walking area. Parking is right near the hotel. The walk to the lake take about 10 minutes (slow walk). We had a room on the second floor, lots of space, two floors. The Spa is very nice and cozy, and useful if your kids like to swim (kind of small but fine for small children). The food within the hotel is very good. Highly recommend.

The view out the back of the hotel was not as good as the front facing the lake, other than that there is not much to complain about

The breakfast was exceptional, with an extensive selection of delicious items. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I stayed here before, always perfect and magnificent rooms with bathroom. Excellent service, though a few employees were not that friendly. It had very central location close to Market Square.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with the lovely historic building and the nice atmosphere in the hotel's garden. The location was great, footsteps away from the town center and close to the lake, which allowed us to enjoy a beautiful winter walk. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with a variety of options. We particularly appreciated the cozy and spacious suite with a fireplace and the complimentary Christmas treats that added a festive touch to our stay.

Although overall our experience was positive, we found it hard to find parking due to the town's historic nature. the reception staff seemed uninterested during check-in, which was not welcoming.

It is a beautiful historic hotel. The room was larger than we thought with the bedroom and full bath upstairs and the living area and a 1/2 bath downstairs. Very nicely laid out. It even had a kitchen!
